Working across the frontend (Next.js + Relay/GraphQL) and backend (NestJS + Prisma + GraphQL) of Teachfluence's education platform. Shipped: - Led the Teachfluence Studio mobile app, the admin/agent-only React Native (Expo + Relay) companion for revenue, students, support, and community on the go. - Built the multi-tenant content pages system end to end: per-tenant paths, renderMode-aware shells (help center / article / blog), SEO fields, banner images, and tenant-correct routing. Moved the existing docs surface onto the same pipeline. - Built a Help Center and Docs platform from scratch: an Obsidian-style MDX editor with live preview, a cmd+K MiniSearch modal, admin tree CRUD with archive/restore, S3-backed image/GIF/video uploads, a publish/draft flow with cache-tagged revalidation, a dynamic /llms.txt, and a one-shot migration of 51 legacy Docusaurus docs to MDX. - Led a platform-wide UX refactor: redesigned the in-house automation system, the Forms feature (bulk creation with 11 templates, success page, GTM form_submit event), and the Puck-based web editor (naming consistency, settings overhaul, watermark system, default product page templates). Reworked the admin panel with new-user onboarding. - Designed onboarding for new users: first-run paths through the editor, automation builder, and forms so first-time creators don't bounce off the complexity, including the in-app tour for the web editor.

Interned on the frontend team building Teachfluence's web editor and admin surfaces. - Worked through a broad refinement pass on the web editor: wrote new components and reshaped existing ones for specific client use cases, with a focus on small UX wins across the admin app. - Sat in on client meetings to see how creators and educators actually use the product, and brought that back into design and feature calls. - Took part in internal design and process discussions: pushing back on UX choices, proposing alternatives, and figuring out where a tweak ends and a rewrite begins.
